first thank you all on your comments,
i did used :Cetearyl Alcohol (and) Polysorbate 60-as the e.wax
Belassi i left part of the batch not in a closed container 
and have tried it with shorea butter in one of the batches instead of the shea so im not sure thats the reason of the graininess
but overall i understand the percentage of oils is way up so i will toned it down
and try again

Belassi, i dont think my location is necessary because although im located in California i order from taiwan and Germany {taking into consideration my shipping costS ,ext} and to write that im wasting people time is not helpful and not very nice ,i was detailed when writing im looking for an airless pumps bottle or jars most{not all} manufacturers ask a minimum order between 5000-10000 and i asked particularly for someone people worked with before and is reliable! im flexible that’s why i didnt write other details just the ones who were important to me

they recommend to do a stability test through a 3rd party on the final product{i get it as a bulk}no viscosity and no temperature or time just date and sign i approach them saying something dont look right to me there is lack of information i also sent some files showing what u get in terms of info from another manufacture for them to understand what dosnt look good in my eyes
