    why using three vegtables oils?

    1) For marketing reason no need to reach such level they may effect( reduce) the foam
    2) To have benefits , this level in rinse off will not add anything.

If Evry thing is same : formulation, supplier and results are different then it can be only one thing difference of process.

Formulation seems quite good just may:
1*Three uv filters will not protect as well if they are more ( i know that yours are broad spectrum however all sun screen seen contain more then three filters)
2* Oil phase is more then 40 % so it is really not easy to have stable emulsion .
3* Even with Sepinov EMT 10-0.8 Sepimax , Zen- 0.1 the level of Olivem 1000-1 ,Peg 100 stearate & Glyceryl stearate- 2 seems low .

    thanks for answer @ketchito
    1)MPG: is monopropylene glycol
2)for the ingredients are not from same batch always they changes because the huge consumption in production.
    3) i use sensicare c1060 in many creams and it didn’t cause yellowish.
    4) how much tetra EDAT can i use to have better protection without effecting the texture of cream?
    5) Shea butter is same batch and i have formulations without higher level of shea butter without yellowish.

thanks @ozgirl for you reply the differences are :
1)As you said Sweet almond oil in first not in second
    2) Emulsifiant system is 5% sabowax AE + 0.5% GMS SE + 4% Cetearyl alcohol in first while 4 % sabowax AE + 0.5% GMS SE +0.5% ceteareth 20+ 3% Cetearyl alcohol in second.
    3) IPM is in second not in first

    4) 1% MPG in first while 1.5% MPG in second

My doubt was in sweet almond oil however i have other formulations with 3% and more sweet almond oil without any yellowish .

My doubt that maybe the perfume starts to change in function of time or any other ingredient , the summmer is too hot so it cause that…

I meant lipo polymer because hydro ones don’t help a lot in w/o.

1)about glyceryl Laurate I understood your point.

2)Sabowax AE and noewax 165 have not same ingredients so haven’t same I CI

3)“About the used level of emulsifier you have right however it is not just to stabilise oil but to reach a desired viscosity and texture .” it is answer about that (again, in your example, as seems too much emulsifier for 10% oil)

    Did I answer for all?

i guess you should work on the level of use before then changing your emulsifiers .As i know yours can be fine . Make some researchement for free sunscreen formulations and you will find many emulsifiers systems .

i don’t think that GMS SE alone can give a stable emulsion .

Awsome answers . i agree with all said details , just i disagree with :” High concentrations of cetearyl alcohol, for example 5%, in combination with standard emulsifiers such as glyceryl stearate and PEG-100 stearate, often result in products that are waxy, slippery, or slightly soapy to the touch.” May it can lead to what you said depends on the full formulation however in all my formulations it isn’t.
