We had few testing and it became very thick and layers were not diluted. So the ratio calculation was not correct.

Any advice on how the ratio of mixing should be for 1000L IBC tank?

And the below is required for hand soap ?

potassium hydroxide - ratio

coconut oil - ratio

N9 - ratio

Glycerine - seems like this is not required.

Preservative - DMDMH Hydantoin/ methylparaben/ methylisothiazolinone - ratio

We had a chemist who screwed up and we paid him and now not picking up his calls and didn’t turn up after 2 testing

Our manufacturing stopped halfway.
