@Pharma   Is there any one solution that can dissolve lipstick, nail paint etc? I will try acetone, but do you have any idea about detergent solution?

@DAS I know how to get the raw material ready. I have the biomass and all, the problematic part is stabilization yes (as @Belassi mentioned) but that would be on a later stage. I have the biomass, what I need is a way to extract proteins from it. I can carry out zonal chromatography etc but I just wanted to know if anyone here has tried it.
@Gunther, according to recent researches, algae and seaweed extract work in moisturizers ad for anti-aging. And thank you for suggesting cold extraction, will surely try it.

@Gunther  How do you know if any ingredient is a necessity or not? I read a lot of formulations, most of them contained 2-3 humectants, 2 (usually) emmolients and a lot of emulsifiers with some nutrients (Vitamins, Peptides, Cholesterol etc), perfumes and colors aside. How do you know if you do not require one of them?
Moreover, I think that a composition is great if you add a number of different components for the type of objective that you want.
For example, I am working on moisturizers for dry skin, so I would add majorly butylene glycol and glycerin because they are humectants right?
Please correct me if I am wrong.
