    Hi,
    Thanks for the suggestions, I ended up changing my Emulsifier, then it seemed to work just fine.  
    I read MAP is stable for 20 hours at 80C so adding it to water phase before cool down shouldn’t be a problem.  Anyway, It works both ways, I tried it each way after changing the Emulsifier.
