I’m using polysorbate 20 or 80 and glycerin and peg 40 hydrogenated caster oil I live in the UK What’s the best alternative that’s strong enough? And does the same job as optiphen? Will this be ok? Another common combination is Phenoxyethanol and Ethylhexyglycerin. Any opinions?
