    A body moisturizer from Neutrogena/J & J:

    Aqua, Glycerin, Distearyldimonium Chloride, Petrolatum, Isopropyl Palmitate, Cetyl Alcohol, Dimethicone, Avena Sativa (oat) Kernel Flour, Benzyl Alcohol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Disodium Phosphate, Citric Acid.

    The distearyldimonium chloride would be the emulsifier. It is sold under the trade name Varisoft TA 100 (Evonik).

    And it gives a much better feel to the skin indeed, very old and trusted product, Varisoft.
