  What’s the secret to mixing acrylate copolymer?

  It remains white and kinda gritty feeling. 
  formula
  water
  alcohol
  acrylate copolymer
  hydroxyethylcellulose

  I have been adding the powders to the water slowly while mixing. mixing for about 30 min.
