Uniformity
working with Titanium dioxide and methicone in makeup.
any suggestions for getting this uniformity? TI D keeps showing up when applying to skin as not mixed very well but it really Was mixed well? do i need a mill roll? -

If you want to disperse it yourself you need a 3-roll mill or a bead mill.
TiO2 should be available as a pre-ground dispersion in dimethicone.
