When I rub my cream on my face, it’s peeling with some substance after I rubbed it when it’s dry or layer it with another products. Is the face cream having too much thickener or emulsifier?

    Alcohol

    with about 20% oils

Reduce quantity of sepiplus, it is due to it and please mention other ingredients also for better suggestion.
