  I have this formula: licorice lactic acid niacinamide and panthenol.. I made it before and the feedback is very interesting.. my question is how to advance it to become a product.. what is the suitable preservative and ph adjuster ..

  Well most important is to put in a preservation system. Next, you’ll have to test stability over time.

  Then you need to determine the claims you’re going to make & how you will prove what you say about the product is true.
