  • Substitution for Oilkemia for suspension

Posted by Story on October 16, 2024 at 2:23 pm

I am currently testing Oilkemia™ 5S CC polymer which works perfectly to suspend glitter in a body oil without changing the viscosity of the oil blend. Glitter stays suspended, doesn’t set in the bottom and the oil feels the same as original.

INCI: Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (and) Hydrogenated Poly(C6-20 Olefin) (and) HDI/Trimethylol Hexyllactone Crosspolymer

The problem is that Lubrizol distributor on the West Coast sells 50 lbs. min. Does anyone know where I can find this in smaller quantities or anything like it?

    Thank you.
