  Some help with spider web hair wax

  Hi ..
  I need to make spider web hair cream from the listed materials:

  Water
  PVP-K90
  CARBAPOL-934
  TRIETHANOL AMINE
  PEG-150
  CETEARETH-20
  BEES WAX
  LANETH-O
  VASELLINE
  PROPELYNE GLYCOL

  The problem is that i have no fiber gum 
  I need the right procedure and the percentage of each material to make it .
  Please help
