  Soap base creamy face wash formulation

  hi how are you all 
  i have making soap base creamy face wash but its not become thick like a paste but i want a creamy (paste type ) face wash 
  i have used following ingredients 
  myristic acid. 13%
  palmitic acid. 1%
  lauric acid.  7%
  stearic acid. 1%
  EGDS. 2% 
  kOH.  6.5 % 

  why these fatty acid not enough to make a paste please tell me what is the problem

  I think total fatty acid proportion quite low. I can try to elevate the percentage of stearic acid to 3% or more. Beside that, if pH of your formula is higher than 10, then you reduce the proportion of KOH. Good luck.
