  Retinol based serum formulation

  I am working on developing a serum formulation containing the following as key ingredients: Pure Retinol (1%) , Vitamin C, essential oils and oleic & linoleic acids. Any advice on the formula procedure (recipe) &  mixing steps would be very helpful.

  Omit the oleic, it’s comedogenic.

  Not much to contribute here, but please do note on your product if it contains retinol that it is for night time use.
