PEG-8 in cleansers
I’ve been noticing some big companies started to use PEG-8 in their cleansers, often as the second third ingredient in the list… Seems to be a trending. But I’m not sure why it’s used in this case. Anyone?Some examples:Shiseido BENEFIANCE EXTRA CREAMY CLEANSING FOAM
