    Dear expert 
    Need suggestion 
    My formula is

    Selfunic 96  7%
    Sles 70          7%
    Caustic     to ajust ph
    Citric acid  2g/kg
    Color food lime yellow 
    Salt. 20g / kg
    Formaline 1g/kg

    Your help will be appreciated.

    Food lime yellow? That would be Yellow 5?

    This is a very common problem and there are three main options for this problem
    1. Change the colour and use a different dye
    2. Put the product in an opaque or amber bottle
    3. Get a UV blocking additive added to your clear PET bottle. This is more expensive than standard bottles. It is done during manufacture of the bottle and minimum order quantities are generally required.

    Quality of Sulphonic acid may lead to an unstable product and result in discolouration which I suffered.

    I used food color and somebody suggest me pigment color. Can we use it in dishwash

    @Rafique If the issue doesn’t show up when you put the product away from UV light and If there’s no pH drift causing the color fade, then add a small amount of a UV absrober (such as Benzophenone-4…0.05% might work).
