    Hello all!

I’m formulating a mild tear-free, low-lather, baby head to toe wash. It should be gentle enough for newborns and those with skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. It’s fragrance free and essential oil free.
Other ingredients are very basic and simple. This product is clear gel.

My question is, is this formula look okay to you or is there anything else i can do to make it milder and still affordable?

Panthenol is added as a star ingredient in the ingredient list.
Chamomile and calendula extract to keep the product from smelling too “synthetic”.

    Below is the formula.
    Thank you everyone.

You need an amphoteric surfactant in this formula. Also you need more Cocoyl glutamate and less decyl glucoside. Are these% reflecting active matter ?

    Thank you for the reply.

I made these this morning, decided to eliminate decyl

    glucoside and added Lauryl Hydroxysultaine.

It gives nice low lather. I’m okay with the product.

But I’m not sure from professional chemists POV.

What is your total active surfactant matter?
