  Liposomal Vitamin C - Where to get?

  Hi 
  I’m looking to get Encapsulated liposomal Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid specifically) in India (or anywhere), for a 15% Vit C serum i’m formulating. 
  Can someone help me with supplier details? I am not able to find it online.
