Large Scale pH Adjusting
Hi all,
For R&D I use a meter to check the pH, and adjust accordingly (either Citric Acid or a neutralizer).
However, when moving to large scale production, do you build this pH adjustment into the formula or do you still need to add the correction q.s. while taking measurements?
In other words, is it still batch specific, done slowly through testing, or can you build it into a final formula that hits the mark (or range, rather) every time?
