  is the allantoin a gelling agent ?

  I prepare a lotion with

  stearic acide 8 %

  ALLANTOIN 0.5 %

  parfin oil 10%

  TEA  2 %

  aqua 100%

  consevateur

   EO

  but it looks like a non-milk gel

  No, allantoin is not a gelling agent.
