    Hello,

I have a doubt, could you avoid to declare in your
composition (INCI list) an ingredient that is used by your supplier of raw
material as preservative, antioxidant, solvent etc. I know that
regulation say that you have to declare all intentionally used ingredients, but
in the case that the concentration in your final product is in the order of
ppm? Could you refer to this ingredient as an impurity/trace?

    Not avoidable
you have to list every ingredient
that’s the reason you look at some Lists Of Ingredients and they have lots of preservatives
not because they added all those preservatives themselves,
but most were already added to raw materials by the manufacturers.

What specific impurity are you talking about?
