    Hi All,

In the “handbook of detergents-properties,” the authors claim that APGs are impaired in acidic pH of <5, without giving any elaborations. Anyone who has experienced this?

This is important because I have a blend of APGs and the optimum pH for viscosity and microbial efficacy is between 4.8-5.2.

Also, because these are nonionics, has anyone established their compatibility with benzyl alcohol and dehydroacetic acid?
