  Herbs in Liquid Soap… Please help

  Hello everyone,

  I have a quick question. I would like to make liquid soap with koh. After I do, I want to dilute it with an herbal infused distilled water. Only because I don’t want to lose the benefits of the herbs. Is this possible? Or do I need to dilute it in the lye mixture? Please give me any advice possible.

  Sure it’s possible.

  There are not really any noticeable skin benefits to the herbs so diluting them won’t matter.

  It won’t work at all. The pH of natural soap destroys all organic compounds. Waste of time. If you want to do that you will have to go synthetic.
