    HELLO GUYS,
    HAND WASH (AFTER WASHING ITS STICKY AND GENERATES FOAM EVEN AFTER RINSE)
    HERE IS MY FORMULA:

    1. WATER 70%
    2. PRESERVATIVES 0.4%
    3. DISODIUM EDTA 0.1%
    4. SLES 25% (75% ACTIVE)
    5. CDEA 1%
    6. CAPB 5%
    7. MIXING
    8. pH BALANCE 
    9. GLYCERINE 0.25%
    10. FRAGRANCE 0.3%
    11. ADDITION OF SALT 2.3%
    12. EUPERLAN PK (771) 1%
    13. COLOR 0.008%

    PLEASE GUYS HELP ME WITH THIS, I DONT WANT TO COMPROMISE WITH THICKNESS,FOAM AND ADD EXTRA NEW INGREGIENTS TO THE LIST.

    @dr_chem Actually you have a lot of SLES in your formula, which worries me not only for the foaming but for the irritation potential of your product. I’d cut SLES by have and add bit by bit if you find foam not to be enough.

    Limit your total surfactant active amount to 15% . Reduce SLES (70 %) to 12 to 15% , , SLS 1 to 3% , CAPB active 3% . Do a lot of experiments and finalise your formula.

    @dr_chem actually your formulation seems acceptable may you need to change supplier because the quality of ingredients

    @dr_chem Ok, then I don’t see any issue with the formula. If you want to still reduce foam, you might want to reduce CAPB a bit. You need to try few times till you get the proper foam.

    @Aziz will the SLS 1% to 3% as per your formula will it cause skin irritation…???
