  • hand soap changes colour at high temperature

I have a hand soap which contains cocobetaine, edta, caprylyl/capryl glucoside, benzethonium chloride, preservative (benzyl alcohol and ethylhexylglycerin), lavender essential oil, propandiol, Cocamidopropyl PG-Dimonium Chloride Phosphate. After a few days at high temperature 40-50 degree C it becomes yellow. It is a concentrated soap that needs to be diluted before use, so every component is at high concentration.  What the reaction that could be involved? I am just worried that something harmful can form.
Thanks in advance for your advice, always really helpful and
    appreciated

@Michelle76 This is just a guess, but it could be the case that something might be oxidizing. Maybe you could add and antioxidant such as Tinogard TT to see if it helps.
