I have a question about fibers in eyeshadows. Is this a common occurrence or is it something that is happening during manufacturing like contamination?  I am curious because an eye shadow has come under scrutiny for having fibers embedded in the product. Here is the ID-Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Mica, Octyldodecyl Stearoyl Stearate, Dimethicone, Talc, Zinc Stearate, Glyceryl Caprylate, Silica, Boron Nitride, Lauroyl Lysine, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Methicone, Potassium Sorbate, Tin Oxide May Contain + / - :  Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Red 28 Lake (CI 45410), Red 7 Lake (CI 15850).

I am not a chemist, but I am starting a color cosmetic line and I am trying to do my homework to make sure things like this do not happen to products will be creating.
    Thank you in advance!

Are you asking about fibers, as things like mascara fibers?

Not like mascara fibers, but these are strands of a fiber like substance clear in color that have been embedded in the eyeshadow. I was not sure if certain ingredients mixing could create these.
