@Laurentia2021have you tried a DIY version? You can just add EGDS and a little APG to your batch (skip the gylcerin - not needed) at 65 - 70C and there you are. If you must have the RT drop-in version, at 75C mix APG:EGDS:glycerin at approximate ratio 5:4:1in the lab, then tweak as desired. The glycerin merely thins the mixture to a pumpable viscosity.

Hi guys! I still got the same problem… I bought Cutina AGS from BASF and I have glycerin. I know for sure it’s 1.6% glycerin in the mixture but couldn’t know the % of the Glycol Distearate… What quantity of Cutina should I use to replace the Euperlan? It contains also fatty acid… Any Idea?

@Laurentia2021 look at the composition hints in the attached file, try contacting BASF directly, Brenntag lately having a lot of issues

Thanks for the reply singhc10! I did it but these are range values… I got a chromatography but the only thing it could find is the glycerin concentration… The benchmark was Cutina AGS.

Do you if I add some stearic acid, say 5% plus 1.5% glycerin, about 2.5% Glycol Distearate and Decyl Glocuside to 100% could do the job?
