  trying to understand why the conditioner is a little foamy and is separating.

  water -85
  cetrimonium chloride-0.5
  Cetearyl alcohol -5
  BTMS-2
  Brassicamidopropyl Dimethylamine -2
  ped 150- Disterate-1.5
  PG Citric Acid -0.5
  preservative -1.0

  What is your manufacturing procedure?
  What type of mixer are you using?
  Probably you are drawing too much air in the product when you make it.
