  Colouring mineral oil in a two phase product.

  Good day. I have a two phase product, the top phase consists of mineral oil and few plant oils and the bottom phase glycerine, water, and a preservative with glycerine being the highest percentage in the phase. The brief is to make the oil phase a hazy/white colour. What can I use to colour the oil phase only, that will not sink down to the glycerine phase?
