  Butyloctyl Salicylate and Ethylhexyl Methoxycrylene - how much do they boost SPF in Zno sunscreen?

  Hallstair claims their Butyloctyl Salicylate can boost SPF 40-50% at 5% use rate, and EM around 15% in OIW formulas at 2% use rate.

  Do you find this generally holds true? Any tradeoffs to this strategy? One of their sample formulas claims to reach 1.8 SPF/%Zno.
