  Bold Liquid to Matte Lipstcks

  Hi there, I’m looking for a company that could take my basic formula and manufacture it, as well as my colour choices or use my mica pigments. I want to create a variety of neutral and extremely bold , vegan, liquid to matte lipsticks, whether it’s now or down the line when it is fully feasible.

  Look on etsy and search for Jlaruecosmetics they do custom orders and have a vegan lipquid to matte base that you can add your own pigment to
