    Good morning,
I have formulated body scrub with beads using 8% of carbopol aqua sf 1 and 12% of surfactants.
At 40°C beads tend to precipitate. The product isn’t viscous enough?
Do you have experience ot this product type?
    Thank you!

@Lisa18 It’d be better to knos what’s the final viscosity and pH of your system, and if you’re using electrolytes (like sodium chloride). I always had better results with powdery carbopols (like ETD2020, Ultrez 20 or 21), and not a big fan of Aqua SF1, but again, the final viscosity is very relevant. Which surfactants are you using, and which type of beads?

@ketchito, final ph is 5.8. I use a preservative system based on phenoxyethanol, benzoic acid and dehydroacetic acid. Sodium chloride is present around 0,1%.
Surfactants are: ammonium lauryl sulfate, Coco glucoside and cocamidopropylbetaine. Beads are bamboo microgranuli but I don’ t remember grain size????
