Anyone knows what is the maximum percentage of surfactants recommended in babies shampoo?
I’ll be formulating using only amphoteric and non-ionic surfactants.

Why you want to use the maximum amount?
It will cost you more without any good reason.

No exactly the opposite, i wanna know the limit % only to stay in the safe dosage

There is no legal limit. Use whatever amount you like and is not very drying.
How much is drying?
It is different for different surfactants and for different people. -
claims will determine types/levels of surfactants:nonionics uch as Tweens very drying to hair and consumer perceptable.
