there are plenty of oil-soluble resins, but they’re not suitable for styling because they won’t wash out (or will only do so with great difficulty)

Wacker’s Belsil P 1101 looks interesting
It’s supplied dissolved in alcohol, but who knows if the polymer itself is soluble in cyclomethicone.
