3rd party audit companies
Are any of you familiar with “3rd party” companies that will audit CM’s for major companies like CVS or Loreal? I am told this is popular in the food industry. Do you see this coming full force in the cosmetic industry? Wouldn’t this fall under regulatory of some sort.

We used SGS to audit a manufacturer in India. Went smoothly and they were professional. You just need to define what you want audited - aside from the usual stuff - we wanted modern day slavery and child labour audits included too.

Think major cosmetic guys largely do their own contractor audits. Whoever you use, suggest your specific auditor should have major company background.
