  2% SA toner is feeling sticky on skin, Pls help.

  Hello,

  I have made the below formula,

  Salicylic Acid 2%
  Propylene Glycol 20%
  Polysorbate 80 3% 
  Sodium Lactate to bring ph to 3.75

  I have tried this toner on my face and its sticky. 
  How can I get the dry feel or light feel?

  Please help!

  Hi Bindu,
  What are the other ingredients in this formula? Maybe the sticky feeling is caused by another ingredient?
