  W/O liquid foundation pH question

  Hello

  we are developing a liquid foundation , with Zno(coated with amino acid) in dispersed in an ester and them emulsified as a W/O

  Does any one know if the pH of the emulsion can be at 4.75 to 5 ? (instead 7)

  Trying o/w emulsion the ph of ZnO dispersion is superior then 7
