Hello! I’ve come across these in powder form of Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate /Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate. Does anyone know what is the difference between liquid form and powdered one and how to dissolve the powdered form of Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate (often called ATIP or VC-IP) and Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate ? Thank you.

I’ve looked into THDA in powdered form and it’s fake. I too was trying to save a few hundred dollars by searching for the cheapest alternative, but this compound is not found in powdered form, the chemistry is not there. Do yourself a favor and get the real deal from NIKKO in Japan. They are the pioneers of it. THDA is very difficult to make, many make it with toxic organic solvents. Nikko seems to have cracked the process as it has no smell and is pretty “clean”. it runs about 700 to 800/kg
