  How to prevent 40% urea cream from crystalizing

  All of my formulas eventually crystalize, is there any way to help slow down crystallization? My creams are painfully impaling my customers!!

  How many % urea do you have with regard to water?

  40% with 20% water and 18% vegetable glycerine
