    @Chemaccounts I haven’t found much info about that ingredient, but if it’s a non neutralized carbomer, then you need to neutralize for it to function. That’s why at higher pH, your solution gets clear and viscous.

    Thanks is thr any other ingridient can help to hold beads in clear face wash aprt from acrylates coplymer c10 30.

    HEC, better grades of Xanthan Gum (clear), Methocel. Or any other gum that produces clear solution once hydrated.

    @Paprik - Unfortunately, HEC is not going to suspend beads. Primarily Carbomer and Xanthan Gum can do that.

    Aculyn 88 from Dow should do that and the surfactant compatibility is excellent. Dosage will be based on type of beads you are trying to suspend.

    I think SEPIMAx zen can work if cost is not matter.

    We’ve held marbles in suspension using Synthalen W-600 (acrylates copolymer) in a sulfate-free surfactant blend body wash at pH6.0. Don’t ask me why -  just for the fun of it.

    Sometimes beads contains Active. Look fancy. Marketing.
