At what pH would CAPB act as cationic surfactant in shampoo?
Amphoteric surfactants like CAPB has both positive and negative charge correct. At high ph it will function as anionic surfactant. at what pH and below will it function as cationic surfactant?

@Abdullah I guess in acid pH CAPB works as cationic surfactant and in basic pH works as anionic surfactant.
