  does anyone know of companies I can speak to to create a custom fragrance for a perfume company

  Hello again everyone, does anyone know of any fragrance houses that could create/design a custom fragrance for a sprayable perfume for me and/or also produce the perfumes for me in small quantities (min 100-max 200)?

  I already know about Privé Label (they seem great but their MOQ is too high for me) and Me Fragrance (they seem nice as well and the MOQ’s are pleasantly low but I wonder about quality). If anyone could give me feedback about either of these two as well, that would be appreciated.
