  • What is the function of surfactants in hair dye?

Can anyone help me with a question?  :)

In this hair dye composition (the powder part must be mixed with the liquid part to be applied to the hair), what is the function of Sodium lauryl sulfate?

There’s a “emotional appeal” that hair dyes do not have surfactants.

    Thank you!
