  Iso decyl oleate

  Hello everyone,
  Has anyone worked with IDO in skincare?
  I was told by my supplier that it is a light feel emollient.
  But I haven’t seen many products with it in the market.
  Internet claims it to be comedogenic but it says so for cetyl alcohol too!
  Guess am looking for some assurance to venture in with this ingredient.

  Comedogenicity is only a factor when the ingredient is used at high concentration, and isodecyl oleate is not a high comedogenic material, nor is cetyl alcohol. Go forth and formulate my friend.
