In all my formulations I make sure to add my xanthan to my glycerine before adding in the water formulation and then use my hand blender but I still get bubbles.  How can this be prevented? I tap it but it seems to take forever. Can anyone provide me
    a
sure step that works everytime no matter the formulation?

Also besides decyl and coco glucoside which safe surfactants offer amazing foaming properties?Thank you so much.

Perhaps look into your processing method. Use low shear at a slower speed for dispersing and mixing instead of your hand blender. Perhaps use a whisk.
