I’m working on a deodorant development for a sodium stearate based deodoant but am having problems with the base sweatinga little.  We are trying to avoid using propylene glycol.  The current base sweat significantly in freeze/thaw conditions.

Not enough to go on here. What are you using in place of PG, SDA-40?

Formula is ~24% water, ~26% Glycerin, ~30% Propanediol and ~6% Sodium Sterate.  Does this help?

I’ll suggest reducing glycerine, q.s. with propanediol. The polyol:water ratio is right where it should be.
