  Emulsion not forming well

  Hi,

  So I’m trying to make a hair wax with a matte finish. Here is my formula:
  

  Initially I used some beeswax, microcrystalline wax and lanolin, but then I took them out. However, using the formula as above, the result is that the wax is super hard and doesn’t mix well. Are there any suggestions?
