    hello!
    i need a help, how to mix glycerin in mineral oil , how can i emulsify to get clear emulsion of mineral oil and glycerin. as i am looking for formulating baby oil . plz also suggest me a fragrance which can be use mainly in baby oils.

    @Suleman cause the polarty they can not mix together.

    Glycerin is water soluble. Water can not mix with oil.
    you need emulsifier.

    Ah, baby oils. I find that babies run pretty well on 10W/30. During the summer though, you might want to switch to a heavier grade, say, 20W/40.
    “Clear emulsion”. In general, emulsions are not clear.

    Oh god, I’m afraid for those poor babies now. 
    @Suleman, how about reading (A LOT) and then formulate baby products?
    What’s this strategy of throwing here your project without even reading what are you talking about?

    Maybe polysorbate 80 can do this
