Where can i find a formulations

i am trying to improve my knowledge and experience
is there any website or groups publish a formulations with procedures -

I need to add a caveat to the previous comment. Unless you have a business email, you won’t be able to access these sources. You must be registered to see the formulas. None of these sources will allow you to register using personal email. You can only register with a valid business email. Moreover, ulprospector will not allow you to register until you show them an invoice as a proof that your business is real and has something to do with cosmetic industry.
My suggestion is:
https://www.personalcaremagazine.com/ - they allow you to view formulas without registration.
You can also try to register at Croda with personal email (might work but I don’t guarantee it).
Depending on your current level, you can access many different formulas on makingcosmetics withouht any registration, however these are rather basic.My favorite method of learning, however, is analysing existing commercial products.
